Minato has seen a ghost once since Akinari passed his completed story to him before vanishing and this event is canon due to the same story appearing as a children's tale in Persona 4, but since this only happens one time would you say it counts?

That's a tough one. I'd lean towards "not really" since there are instances of people seeing one spirit or sensing them but not necessarily seeing all of them. His haori is the one high-class item he has, so I'd probably have to say not.

As I look through more material to see if there's more precedent for this stuff.
